About the Journal

JASF (Journal of Accounting and Strategic Finance) is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal that advances research at the intersection of accounting and strategic finance: how accounting information, governance, and financial decisions create, protect, and sustain value for firms, financial institutions, governments, and society. The journal focuses on emerging and evolving markets, particularly Indonesia, the ASEAN region, and other developing economies, with special attention to sustainability and the digital transformation of financial ecosystems.

JASF serves academics, practitioners, regulators, and policymakers who need rigorous evidence for strategic financial decisions. It welcomes authors from all countries and publishes original research articles, systematic literature reviews, and case studies in English. Journal of Accounting and Strategic Finance (JASF) is a blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes theoretical, empirical, and experimental research papers. The Journal encourages the utilization of economic, financial, and sociological theories to investigate, analyze, and explain issues in accounting within the legitimate institutional structure and under various capital markets accurately. The distributed research articles in the Journal will empower researchers to contribute to the discipline of accounting. Journal of Accounting and Strategic Finance accepts papers in English. JASF is published twice a year, by the end of June (January - June) and December (July - December). This issue includes 23 authors and co-authors from Indonesia, Türkiye, Somalia, and Malaysia.
